These terms apply to your use of www.hometownhammer.com and the services provided by CHHJ Austin LLC, doing business as Hometown Hammer ("Hometown Hammer", "we", "us"), 7961 Frontage Rd, Overland Park, KS 66204. By using the website, booking a service or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Services and estimates
We provide handyman, repair and home improvement services in Johnson County and the greater Kansas City metro. Our crew are skilled craftsmen, not licensed electricians or plumbers, so we take on basic electrical and plumbing jobs only. Prices, scope and timing for each job are set out in the estimate or invoice we give you. Estimates may change if the work turns out to be different from what was described, and we will tell you before doing extra work.
Booking, scheduling and cancellations
Online bookings and quote requests are requests until we confirm them. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Someone 18 or older must be present, or access must be arranged, at the time of the appointment.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice.
Text message program
Program name: Hometown Hammer customer notifications.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, for example when you request a quote, book a service or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Hometown Hammer about your service. These include appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates, estimates, invoices, account sign-in codes and replies to your questions.

- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages after that.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Hometown Hammer or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Information on the website is general and may change without notice. Third-party links and tools, such as our online booking provider, are governed by their own terms.
Warranties and liability
We offer a one-year workmanship warranty. Any further warranty details are stated on your estimate or invoice. To the extent allowed by law, Hometown Hammer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
